45 year old Nancy Green was last seen in Wheeling, West Virginia on September 30, 2002. She was last seen in the 2000 block of Eoff Street around 7:25 am.
Disappearance
At approximately 7:25 am on September 30, 2002, Nancy Green was last seen in the 2000 block of Eoff Street in Wheeling, West Virginia.
She was last seen by her sister, who dropped her off at OVMC that morning to be treated for bipolar disorder. Nancy never showed up to the appointment, and hasn’t been seen since.
She suffers from an undefined heart condition and her hands shake, according to the missing persons report filed by the Wheeling Police Department on October 1, 2002. She requires medication for her condition(s).
Investigation
According to her sister, “Nancy could be roaming the city somewhere since this has happened before, and she was found in the woods behind Wheeling Hospital.”
Searches around the city and hospital turned up no further clues as to her whereabouts.
Appearance
White female with partially grey hair and brown eyes. Her hair may be dyed brown and her ears are pierced. Nancy stands 5’4 tall and weighs approximately 120 pounds.
She has a 2 inch tall scar on the front of her right shin in the shape of a V, and a scar on the left side of her face near her ear. She’s missing two or three of her front lower teeth.
Clothing & Accessories:
Nancy was last seen wearing a grey jogging outfit and white athletic shoes.
